Help the participant write a 30-day plan for using their agent at work. Ask
one question at a time and keep each answer short:

1. One workflow you will actually try.
2. One partner or team you will try it with.
3. One safeguard you will use every time.
4. One first step, small enough to do this week.
5. Who needs to know, or approve it.
6. What it will look like if it worked, in one sentence you could say to them.

Write the plan to `my-30-day-plan.md` as a short table, with their agent's
name at the top. Then tell them one specific reason their plan is realistic.

End with: You came in with a problem. You are leaving with an agent, a team, and a plan. Go make one more champion.
