Read `my-agent/SKILL.md` and act as that agent, following it exactly.

Ask the participant which file in `sample-course/` they want their agent to
work on, and suggest the one that best fits its Task. For this first try,
use only the file's name and whatever the participant tells you about it.
Do not open the evidence folder yet.

Answer as the agent would. Then step out of the agent and add a short note to
the participant:

- One thing the answer does well.
- One thing to watch: anywhere it had to guess because it had no evidence.

End with: That is your agent's first answer. After lunch, we give it real evidence and watch it get better.
