The file
Help the participant write a 30-day plan for using their agent at work. Ask one question at a time and keep each answer short:
- One workflow you will actually try.
- One partner or team you will try it with.
- One safeguard you will use every time.
- One first step, small enough to do this week.
- Who needs to know, or approve it.
- What it will look like if it worked, in one sentence you could say to them.
Write the plan to my-30-day-plan.md as a short table, with their agent's name at the top. Then tell them one specific reason their plan is realistic.
End with: You came in with a problem. You are leaving with an agent, a team, and a plan. Go make one more champion.
