The file

Step card 3: Your agent at work

Block 3 of 7, 11:50 to 12:15.

Where we are

Step 3 of 7: your agent at work on one course document.

What you will have at the end

Your agent's first answer on a real course document, and a sense of where it had to guess.

Steps

  1. Open Copilot Chat: Control+Alt+I on Windows, or Command+Control+I on a Mac.
  2. Type /try-my-agent and press Enter.
  3. Choose a file from the PSY 101 sample course. Copilot suggests the one that best fits your agent.
  4. Read your agent's answer. Then read Copilot's short note: one thing it did well, and where it guessed.

You are on track if

You have an answer, and you can name one thing your agent had to guess.

If you are stuck

Use a ready-made agent from examples/agents for this step, or read the first answer in examples/maria-alternate-format-planner.md, section 4.

Raise a hand at any time. A helper comes to you.

Your win

Your agent has done real work on a real course document. The guessing is the setup for after lunch.

On Monday

Try your agent on one document from your own work, with nothing private in it.
