A step card for the AHG 2026 Accessibility Agents workshop.

The file

Step card 5: Share it

Block 5 of 7, 2:20 to 3:00.

Where we are

Step 5 of 7: your agent, shared in an open-source collection, with your name on it.

What you will have at the end

Your agent in the AHG 2026 collection on GitHub, committed in your name, and a reply that links to it.

Steps

  1. In your browser, open letitglow.app/ahg/share. You did this once before the day, with your practice agent; this is the same.
  2. Leave "My real agent" chosen.
  3. Choose Your agent file, and pick my-agent/SKILL.md from the kit folder. The page fills in your agent and its short name, and says so.
  4. Press Open the share form on GitHub. A new tab opens with GitHub's Share my agent form, already filled in: the workshop code, "My real agent", and your agent.
  5. Move to the end of the form. Tick the box that says your agent contains nothing private.
  6. Press Submit new issue.
  7. Wait about a minute, then read the reply that appears on the page. Press F5 to refresh if your screen reader does not announce it.

You are on track if

The reply begins: Your agent is in. It names your agent, gives it a number in the collection, and links to it.

If you are stuck

If the reply begins Nearly there, it lists exactly what to fix. Open the menu at the top of the issue, choose Edit, fix it, and save; it is checked again straight away. If GitHub asks you to sign in, sign in and press the button again. Anything else: raise a hand, and a helper shares it with you. An agent shared with help is still yours.

Raise a hand at any time. A helper comes to you.

Your win

Your agent is part of an open-source collection, committed in your name, so it shows on your own GitHub profile. At the end of the day it goes into the Accessibility Agents project with you credited.

On Monday

Your agent stays in the collection at github.com/Community-Access/ahg-2026, for anyone in higher education to use and improve. Yours included.
